Why We Built This Site
Ohio gives the public broad access to court records under the Ohio Public Records Act, R.C. 149.43. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. The Hamilton County Clerk of Courts handles felony, civil, domestic relations, and Court of Appeals filings. The Cincinnati Municipal Court keeps misdemeanor, traffic, and small claims records.
